Holiday Inn Express Frisco Legacy Park Area by IHG

Rooms were average, looked like some remodeling going on. Room clean up was hit and miss. I hate finding hair on the sink and tub. Ick. The lights between the beds and reading chair don’t work , left word at front desk but maintenance never got around to it. Front desk staff was great ( afternoon guy kinda crabby) but everyone else was spectacular! Stanley the night guy was extremely helpful, considerate and I appreciated his night rounds to make sure we were all secure! He’s a keeper! Breakfast was good! Overall It was better than I expected and I’ll stay there on my future trips to Dallas!!

I came in with low expectations after reading some reviews, but was blown away by the hospitality. I came in from Boston with an early morning flight and reached the property around 10 a.m. Nanda at the front desk was incredibly kind and let me check in early around 11 a.m., way before the 3 p.m. time which made such a difference. The next day after checkout, I spent some time working in the lobby and met Stanley, who had such a great attitude and was equally welcoming. For the price point, the hospitality here really exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Food was great and I liked the water station by the elevators. Room was nice and spacious. Would have given it a 5 start but our toilet flushed very slowly or didn't flush at all and had to hold the handle down. The hotel overseas a little walking trail which is very convenient if you want to take a walk.

Decent atmosphere. The day crew is very professional; however, the night crew is not and needs training. Very unfriendly. I went into the lobby inquiring about using a trolley for my luggage. He responded, “We don't have any. They are all taken out”. That's it. And his tone was not very friendly! How about: “I'm sorry, Sir, we don't have any at the moment, but check back at a later time. Someone might return one.” That's just a helpful suggestion. Have a blessed day.

Definitely had a good experience here, Mr. Stanley from front dest treated my family and me super nice, very helpful and made our stay wonderful. Thank you so much for being so caring.

The only reason that I give the rooms a 3 is because they are under renovations. Other than that my experience was extremely pleasant. DeAnna was the front desk attendant and she made sure all of my officers were accommodated during our stay. She changed my room when I thought my refrigerator wasn’t clean and even though she confirmed that it was only a spot that wouldn’t come out, she still gave me another room to make me feel more comfortable. I can’t wait for the complete renovations because I know Holiday Inn will deliver.

Around a great area. The room is inexpensive, which is nice, but really, the only thing you're paying for is the location. Other hotels in this location are pretty pricey. This one wasn't, and it was obvious why. The hotel is going through renovations, so it was busy while I was there. The TV remote was working properly, and things in the hotel looked like they needed to be renovated. It's near the center of Frisco, so that's nice. The breakfast wasn't as tasteful as it is in other locations. Like I said, I can't complain too much about the price and location of the hotel.

This hotel has been absolutely amazing. First of all, I am big on the free hot breakfast. I need protein in the morning, carbs make me feel icky. This breakfast spread is absolutely amazing. The pool is beautiful, fitness facility is amazing, and the beds - I’m not sure what they are topped with but it’s like sleeping in your own little cocoon all night! Also, it’s worth noting that our A/C started leaking on the floor about 2 hours into our stay. They switched us to a new room, just two doors down and immediately called someone to repair it. Keep doing amazing work y’all!
